Color Days are the perfect way to kick off the 1st grade year! The students wear the color of the day, learn how to read and write the color word, enjoy a read aloud about that color, and other fun classroom activities. The first graders love pointing out other teachers, staff, and parents wearing the “color of the day.”
Here is a list of our Color Days:
August 19-23 Monday—Red Day, Tuesday—Yellow Day, Wednesday—Blue Day, Thursday—Green Day, Friday—Purple Day
August 19-23 Monday—Orange Day, Tuesday—Black/White Day, Wednesday—Pink Day, Thursday—Brown Day, Friday—Rainbow Day (wear as many colors as possible).
