Wasatch Elementary School

Our DLI sixth graders participated at the annual Utah Valley University Chinese Language Fair on February 28th. There were over 300 DLI students from six different schools in Utah attended the fair.  All sixth graders participated at reading,  listening and craft activities. They learned about the geography and culture of different Chinese cities.

Some of our students participated in the following competitions- original oratory,  visual interpretation, singing and impromptu speech. Due to our sixth graders’ excellent behavior and language skills, Wasatch has won the overall championship at the language fair.
