Plans are well underway for the Fall Festival and it’s going to be good! Just a friendly reminder, all the money we earn at the festival goes right back to our teachers to be used for our students!

Now we need YOU to sign up to help man booths on the night of the festival. So text your friend, the one you are planning on talking to during the festival anyway, to sign up with you, and then wherever you sign up can become your home base for your kids to be able to find you during the festival!

Silent Auction

As part of our annual Fall Festival fundraiser, we are gathering items for the silent auction and raffle and would love some help from the Wasatch community and neighbors. We did this last year and loved the involvement we received and we would love to use this as an opportunity, again, to support and promote your local businesses to the Wasatch community. All items donated are tax exempt (see letter in the link below) and ALL of the proceeds we collect will go directly back to the teachers and students.

Here are some examples of things we are looking for but certainly NOT limited to:

• Skills, Services or Products- can be donated in the form of a coupon or gift certificate, or the actual product
  • Music lessons (maybe a month of free lessons?)
  • Sewing lessons or alterations
  • Photography session
  • Pest control
  • House cleaning
  • Dog care
  • Accounting
  • Restaurant gift cards
• Things you have around your home that are in new condition that people might be excited to win in the raffle or auction
  • An artist who would be willing to donate a work of art
  • Quilts
  • New supplies for arts/crafts
  • Sports equipment
  • Garden produce
  • Gift Cards
