The Fall Festival is the grand finale of Spirit Week! Be sure to sign up for volunteer opportunities, craft your custom pop bottles, secure your family meal deal in advance, snag your tickets early, and explore our fantastic silent auction items so you can plan your bids accordingly. Volunteer to help Wasatch Elementary at the 2023 Fall Festival.

There are two time slots available during the fall festival, you can choose between 4:00-5:30 and 5:30-7. If you are available to volunteer the entire night, then you will need to sign up twice, once under each time slot.

What is a Pop-Bottle Creation?

Pop-bottle creations are UNOPENED pop bottles and cans, decorated as any creation you can imagine, or assembled into a fun scene. Entries are donated to be used as prizes for the Pop-Bottle Parade (like a cake walk) at the Fall Festival. Make your entry something that Festival participants will LOVE to win!

Friday, day of the festival, 8:10 – 8:35 am

  • Have fun!
  • NO GLASS bottles
  • Use unopened beverage containers (pop bottles or juice boxes/containers). No water bottles.
  • Combination of pop bottles could include:
    • One 2-liter bottle
    • Two 20-ounce bottles
    • Four or more cans or juice boxes
  • Any combination of 3 pop bottles
  • Groupings must be attached to a single board or box for easy movement and count as one entry.
  • You may purchase back your creation for a $5 donation to PAWS right after school (1-2pm)
  • Limit two entries per student
  • Attach entry form to your creation. (Entry forms are below, please cut and attach to your creation)

PRIZES, PRIZES, PRIZES!!!!!

  • All entrants receive a Fall Festival Ticket for each entry (limit 2)
  • There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winner per grade level. They will get a ribbon as well as other prizes.
  • Class Competition, the class that has the most entries will win a class party.

Silent Auction

The silent auction will take place at the school on the night of the festival with good old pen and paper, but here is a list you can look at to see what you might want to bid on! Keep checking back as new items will be added.

Ticket Sales

Tickets, Get your Tickets!!! Avoid the lines and buy your tickets early the week of the festival at the front of the school on:

  • Wednesday—3:10-3:45
  • Thursday—8:15-8:45 and 3:10-3:45
  • Friday—8:15-8:45 and 1:15-2:45

Or you can buy them at the festival at the back of the school from 4-7pm.

We have $5, $10, and $20 ticket slips available for purchase.

If you pre-ordered food you can also make payments at the ticket sales as well.

This year we’re asking you to pre-order your Family Meal Deals ahead of time. This will save you time and money. We’ll have a separate line just for those who pre-order their family meal deals.
