Welcome to Special Education!

Hello! I am one of the special education teachers at Wasatch and I love teaching! I graduated from BYU in 2022 with a degree in Special Ed. I am from Cottage Grove, Oregon which is a beautiful little town nestled in the valley of green tree covered mountains and surrounded by 2 beautiful lakes and a river. I grew up kayaking, hiking, and swimming. I love being here in Utah with my husband and dog, and can’t wait to see what this school year holds for me and my students!

Fun Facts

• I love to watch movies and cuddle with my husband and my labradoodle doggo Shortbread.
• I also love cows, my dream is to own a little dairy farm some day.
• I swam and played water polo for 10+ years.
• I’m from a small town in Oregon where I grew up watching race car races and I still love to do that today!
• I am an absolute sucker for any sweet treat, especially cinnamon crumb cake, and I love to decorate my home for all the seasons!
• I love to craft, plan parties, read regency novels, walk my dog, and camp.
