MONDAY—Eat Healthy

• Most kids do not eat enough healthy foods.
• Try a green smoothie today at lunch recess!

TUESDAY—Spread kindness not Germs

• Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.
• Try singing the alphabet or happy birthday while you wash.

WEDNESDAY—Learn CPR

• Cpr can save a life.
• We will be learning how to do cpr in the gym during lunch recess.

THURSDAY—Bike Safety

• Always watch out for cars and wear a helmet when riding a bike, scooter, skateboard or roller blades.

FRIDAY—Fire safety

• Come talk with a fireman and police officer at lunch recess about staying safe.
