It is time to sign up for a SEP conference with your child’s teacher. Conferences will be held February 3-5, 2021 via Zoom. Please use the link below to find your student’s teacher (teachers are listed in alphabetical order by last name) and choose an appointment time. SEP SIGN UP

After you sign up for an appointment time, You will receive a confirmation email with the link to your conference. 

You can also join your conference session by clicking  SEP Meeting Link and entering the Zoom Meeting ID for your teacher. The password to join each Zoom session is satch. To find your teacher’s ZOOM Meeting ID, please see the attached PDF.

This will get you into the ‘waiting room’ for your teacher. Please change the display name on your device to be your student’s name so that the teacher knows who you are and can let you into the Zoom session to begin your conference.

We ask that you please be logged in and ready to start and then end on time. If you need more time than the conference allows, please schedule a separate meeting with the teacher.
