NewsSatch would like to challenge all of the children of Wasatch to read some of his favorite books. Your task is to read at least half of the Caldecott medal books. You choose which books you read from the list. When you have read half of the Caldecott books, you will receive a free book. If you would like to read the second half, you will receive a second free book. This can be individual or family reading. You can pick up a form that has a complete list of the Caldecott books in the library. The form is a list of all of the”gold medal” Caldecott books. Just initial or check off the books that you read and when you have finished, bring it in and choose a book. You will also have your name put on a gold medal award and you will be recognized during morning announcements!
