When asked what Lisa Michie loves most about teaching, she said, “First of all, the students! The best students in the land!! Also, the shared love of art that my students have! There is nothing better than when a student looks at their artwork and you can see the pride all over their face! Success!” Ms. Michie is a mom of three boys, plays on a tennis team, and has the best job in the world! She loves many forms of exercise, especially if the sun is on her face! Ms. Michie also enjoys traveling with her adventurous and hilarious boys. Mexican food is her favorite, and nothing is better than an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie!

A few of my kids had Ms. Michie during COVID. She did such an amazing job! They loved watching her videos and creating fun art projects. She was definitely a favorite part of their educational experience.
