Welcome to 5th Grade!

I am a happy bubbly person. I love to go on walks, hikes, and water aerobics. For my hobbies I love to watch movies, sew, crochet, and arts and crafts projects. I love the fall and winter holidays. We decorate our house a month early.

Fun Facts

• I love to sing silly songs and often make up songs for my students to know what supplies to get out.
• I have never been outside the country.
• I cannot eat sugar anymore.

Why I Teach

• I always struggled as a student, and what got me through is those teachers who put more effort and time with me to show they cared. They helped me to develop a growth mindset.

Hidden Talent

• Most of my talents are hidden. I love to paint and often decorate my classroom with my paintings. I sometimes even sell them to my students for prizes.
