5th Grade Teacher

I am a happy and bubbly person. I love to laugh and sing. I am a very creative person and find joy in crocheting, knitting, sewing, painting, and many other crafts. I love to go on road trips, especially in Southern Utah to see the wonderful natural features. I have three kids who keep me very busy. I LOVE the STEM program and take a class or two every year to help me to be a better teacher.

Favorite Subject

STEM—it is so much fun to be creative, problem solve, design a solution, and find new ways for people to express themselves.

Fun Facts

• I have never broken a bone in my life. 
• I was the only girl in my family growing up.
• I have never been outside of the country.
• I am deathly afraid of heights.
• Cashews are one of my favorite snacks.

Hidden Talent

Sewing – I am still learning, but I have so much fun creating fun outfits.

Favorite Book

I love the Harry Potter and Fablehaven series. I listen to the Harry Potter series every fall in preparation for Halloween.
