Sara Parrish loves seeing her 6th grade students progress in learning Chinese. She enjoys spending time with her students at recess and having fun with them. Mrs. Parrish has been known to wear high platform shoes so she appears taller than her students! Some of her hobbies include making wreaths and decorating her house. Her favorite treats are Reeses chocolate and fruit tarts.
- Mrs. Parrish has the kids do some really neat hands-on science and social studies type activities that my kiddo was really excited about. They then tried to recreate them at home. Creating that type of learning environment where the child wants to do it in their free time is amazing!!
- Mrs. Parrish was a GIFT to Holland – it can be hard to keep Holland engaged and excited about school because she’s so advanced and Mrs. Parrish did a phenomenal job challenging Holland and helping her continue to progress. Holland has said many times that Mrs. Parrish is her favorite teacher she’s ever had (we’re so lucky that she got her twice!).
