This year’s Writer’s Olympics contest at Wasatch will have some great prizes! Final winners from each grade level will get to take a special field trip to BYU Radio to learn more about storytelling from Sam Payne, host of the award-winning show “The Appleseed.” Students in 3rd through 6th grades are invited to submit a story of no more than 2500 words. Stories will be judged by an off-campus group of volunteer readers, so we will not need parent volunteers this year.

The due date for all stories is Monday Feb 6. The field trip for winners will take place in March. Good luck to all the amazing writers!
