Throughout the school year we are going to be highlighting our wonderful Wasatch teachers. Today we are recognizing Mrs. Angela Sanchez.

We asked her what she enjoys about teaching, and she said, “I love connecting with the students. I love how when they understand something that I taught them, they light up.”

Some of Mrs. Sanchez’s hobbies include painting, camping, hiking, and collecting keychains. She loves animals, and her favorite treat is ice cream. Her dream is to drive or own a Volkswagen van. Mrs. Sanchez teaches 5th grade.

One of her students said the following about her: “Mrs. Sanchez is really nice because she stays a long time after school every day making fun math lessons, and planning learning activities.”

Mrs. Sanchez is a great teacher, and we are so happy she is here at Wasatch!
