STUDENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Current 6th grade student
- Attends an elementary school in the Alpine, Nebo, or Provo School Districts
- Teacher recommendation
- 90% or better in mathematics
- Current report card
- 100-150 word personal essay describing your interest in the program
