Fourth graders had a great visit from mountain man Scott “Grizzly” Sorensen this past Friday as he shared stories about Utah’s history with Mountain Men and Explorers.

Dressed in home sewn buckskins, Scott recounted the exploits of legendary mountain men such as Jim Bridger, Kit Carson, and Jedediah Smith. His presentation included stories and visuals about trapping, tanning, muzzleloading, and the art of telling tall tales.
