Sora is the new user-friendly app that empowers students to discover and enjoy ebooks and audiobooks from their school, for both leisure and class-assigned reading. This resource now has a dual language immersion collection! Students can now listen/read books in Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, and Russian.

Download the Sora app.

• Download the Sora app through the Google Play or Apple App stores and use setup code provocityut. If using a computer, visit https://soraapp.com/library/provocityut in your browser. 
• Create an account. All students will log in to Sora the same way they do to access their district resources; using their school username and password. If you experience login issues, please use Marketplace > Support to contact the Sora Authentication Support team.

To access to the dual-language library, use the following instructions:

When the student is logged into Sora:

1. Click on the dot (turns blue when you roll over it) on the right-hand corner  

2. Click on the Green plus square   

3. Type in the words Utah Dual. 

4. Click on the words  

5. Click on the bar

and then

choose the language of your choice from the drop-down    

6. Press Apply.  You will then see the books in that language Sora that are available from Sora.

As soon as the student logs in, Sora will ask what is their school?

They type in Provo City School District

At the top of the district box it will say in green letters Utah Dual Language Immersion

Click on that and it will take them to where they can make their preferences.
