I hope you have had a wonderful summer and that you are able to take a breather today as the kids head back to school. It’s been less than an hour and my house already looks 10x better. It’s time to start pulling everything together for the Fall festival. There are a couple of housekeeping items to take care of:

1. We had to change the date of the Fall Festival to September 23, so please check the volunteer signup sheet to see if you signed up and if you will still be available to help on our new date or if you haven’t signed up yet, we still have some spots that need to be filled. Also, there is no co-chair for the fall festival and I would really appreciate having 1-2 people to help. 2. We need to start calling around for donations for our silent auction, raffle, and sponsorships. Attached is a sign up sheet of companies that we have called in the past with notes of what they have donated and people we have talked to. Please add your name next to the companies you would like to call and notes in the corresponding fields. Please feel free to add and call any company not on the list. Attached to this email there is a tax exempt letter that you can print or email to give to any company that donates and there is also a sponsorship letter for any company that would like to donate monetarily. Once you have received confirmation that a company can donate and you are unable to pick up the item(s), please let me know and I can have them picked up. 2022 Fall Festival Donations
